Make your nest.
Set your north.
A transformational journey for you to reclaim, write, and share your story—building a village through it.
Together, we’ll nurture a sense of home and set a clear direction for a life that feels both successful and fulfilling, on our own terms. You’ll walk away with inner clarity, renewed confidence, and the raw material to shape into a handmade memoir or an authentic content and brand strategy—plus a trusted circle of curious, creative strangers who become close friends and confidantes.
What You’ll Create
Create the foundation for a beautifully written memoir, a resonant brand guide, or an actionable content strategy, designed to attract people who truly resonate with you.
A Memoir (or Anthology)
Make it a book, or your content strategy.
Think a publishable piece or newsletter series.
Personal Brand Guide
Channel it into a compelling site or portfolio.
Like your personal website or Linkedin Profile.
Actionable Content Strategy
Create or grow through the platforms you love.
Substack, Instagram, TikTok… Your call.
Throughout the journey, you’ll collect lumps of clay (writing pieces) that can later be shaped into something tangible. Depending on your chosen track, you’ll be guided through focused, cross-cohort sessions designed to help you mold those pieces into a concrete final work.
At the end, you will present one project of your choice: a product of your own creation.

What You’ll Experience
In this journey, you’ll recollect, reconnect, and reclaim your own knowledge, stories, and wisdom, bundling them into lumps of clay you can shape into a handcrafted memoir, a compelling content strategy, or a magnetic personal brand kit.
-
A series of six 90-minute sessions, intentionally designed for curated pods (up to six women).

Thoughtfully structured to support both personal breakthroughs and collective transformation. -
A box of soul-inspiring props to inspire and facilitate your journey, including: a custom journal, introspective tools, and handpicked easter eggs—curated to delight your inner seeker.

By the end of this journey, you will craft at least one of the following:
1. Memoir (or Anthology)
2. Personal Brand Guide
3. Actionable Content Strategy
Applicable to whichever output you decide to focus on. You can even pick more than one, if you’re feeling like Hermione Granger by then. -
From memoir-making exercises to storytelling frameworks, we will offer homework material to help you explore your archetypes, refine your voice, and shape your personal brand.
This is clarity applied. -
Think of these as open mentoring circles through fireside chats and AMAs. You’ll be able to join live, or have access to recorded, intimate sessions featuring wise women who’ve walked this path before.
-
See it as your your personal growth coven, or brand advisory board. A circle of truth-tellers, cheerleaders, and creative allies who see you fully: as a woman, a leader, and a story worth sharing.
-
As a Journey member, you will get special access to every other next & north offering, including book clubs, memoir-making circles, and creative play gatherings (like making your own handmade book).
Think of it like getting your hands in the dirt, fresh, fragrant, and fertile, to reconnect with an intuitive, ancient, ever-present sense of wisdom.
Something always known, but long buried beneath the busyness of everyday life.

Let’s Connect!
I’m Laís—community builder, business strategist, writer, and mom. I’ve founded startups, led global teams, and built thriving communities across five continents. I’ve published a book on community architecture in two languages—and learned to speak five.
But perhaps the most meaningful work I’ve begun—besides becoming a mom—is this: helping beautiful humans remember who they are and claim what they’re here to build.
With over 15 years of experience designing and facilitating community-led journeys for personal and professional growth, I’m now weaving my own story, colors, and passions into something uniquely my own.
This offering was born out of a transformation that began in 2018 and was deeply catalyzed by motherhood. Through it, I’ve rekindled my love for creative writing, storytelling, and personal branding—and brought them together in service of something deeper.
Once a globe-trotting entrepreneur chasing success as defined by others, I faced the friction of trying to “fit in” to models that no longer aligned. After a series of quiet reckonings and persistent setbacks, I chose to radically reinvent myself—this time anchored in my deepest values. Today, my mission is to help others reconnect with their purpose, their power, and their infinite possibility.
This isn’t a course. It’s a gathering. A remembering. A reclaiming.
I truly hope to see you in the circle.
With love,
Laís
P.S. If you feel called to join but still have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out for a quick chat. I’m here for it.
“Laís' leadership showed us what strength with empathy looks like, what it means to hold space for others while still pushing the mission forward with boldness. She balanced drive and warmth in a way that made this fast-paced, ever-changing journey feel a little more grounded.”
